Written quotations will be provided by email. This quotation is given following details supplied by the client.
Please note that a signed Project Booking Form confirming acceptance of the amount and payment terms is required before work will commence. If the original requirements change, King Audio Transcription and Typing Services, hereinafter referred to as KATTS, reserve the right, after suitable consultation, to amend the original quotation.
An invoice will be submitted with the completed work or periodic invoices may be sent on larger transcription projects. Terms are strictly 14 days from the date of the invoice.
KATTS reserve the right to claim statutory interest at the date a debt becomes overdue in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. If a cheque is refused by the Bank the client will be responsible for all Bank charges resulting from the returned cheque.
Please note that final proof reading of all transcription work supplied by KATTS is the responsibility of the client. If errors are found in the work, they will be rectified free of charge, but they must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of completed work, or within 14 days for work of more than 3,000 words.
As this is a home office insurance and safety reasons do not allow KATTS to accommodate personal visits by clients.
