Services and Rates Prices for Transcription services are normally charged on a 'per audio minute' basis and start from £1.20 per audio minute. The quoted per audio minute price will enable you to work out exactly how much a project is going to cost at the outset. Example: 60 minutes of audio x £1.40 per audio minute = £84 Please note that £1.40 is just an example to show how a 'per audio minute' rate is calculated. It is not necessarily the figure that will be quoted. Each job is different and a quote will be calculated based on the nature and complexity of the project. We offer a discount for academic institutions. The price will include transcription into a document, spell checking for accuracy and return via email attachment. There will be no VAT to pay. CONTACT King Audio Transcription and Typing Services outlining your project and we will send you a transcription quotation. We are flexible and so if you require a quotation on an hourly basis this can be arranged. Clients will be required to complete and return a Project Booking Form, which will be sent via email attachment before work can commence. This will create a firm booking between us and sets out our terms and conditions. Once you have completed and returned the Project Booking Form you can upload your sound files here or send your transcription assignments by post or email. They will be undertaken as quickly as possible and returned via your chosen route, our preferred method being via email attachment.
