Transcription Services Procedure
It's easy to obtain transcription services from KATTS.
- Simply email KATTS outlining your project i.e. interview transcription, conference transcription, number of speakers and approximate length of audio to obtain a transcription services price.
- KATTS will email you with a no obligation transcription quotation and attach a Project Booking Form.
- If you want to go ahead complete and return the Project Booking Form as soon as possible in Word or PDF formats via email attachment. Transcription projects are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You can then upload your sound files here or send them via email attachment or post.
- Transcripts will be returned to you via email attachment as they are completed.
- An invoice will be sent to you at the end of the project or at intervals for large or ongoing projects for payment via bank transfer or cheque
